Answer to Question 5: They are trying to stop Cambodians use pedcitise so that it will not: Persistent pedcitise use over long periods of time results in lower crop yields, reduced soil fertility, and increased susceptibility to attack by new forms of pests and disease. Some pedcitises and forms of pest control services like Terminix can be beneficial in decreasing the populations of harmful or destructive insects, others can be damaging to the environment and cause all sorts of problems.
