The rating would be higher but the ad I received stated that I was to go to the Prime Outlet website to download exclusive coupons valid for the Black Friday sale starting at midnight-Sunday and What happens the site states that the service is unavailable. No page at all comes up. I called a friend and she tried it as well the site doesn't work. My guess No one who shops at the Gulfport outlets will be able to download the coupons which means there will be no additional discounts and the outlet makes more money. It appears that they haven't a clue how their website is supposed to work. If you give specific directions as to what to do and you don't follow though on your end it is false advertising
