There are still many vacant spots, but the new stores coming in will hopefully soon help that. I was very surprised to see such good quality and good prices in all the stores, considering you would think they would have to boost their prices since they don't get alot of business. The new book store was very cute and cozy, Rue 21 was fashionable and fun, and the new Steve and Berry's had prices you can't beat. I will be returning much more often now.
